A relatively slim majority of those surveyed, 65 per cent, said they would even support the federal government using cellphone data to track Canadians who are supposed to be self-isolating. YES. Life won’t go back to normal till people start following the rules I have been all in for flattening the curve and have been home since late February except for essentials only, but my concern is starting to shift as I’m starting to see a major shift in ppl’s well being, and now have to wonder how soon until this will turn into a major mental health crisis. From those who already deal with anxiety, depression, suicidal tendencies, anger/voience issues, recovering addicts, single parents struggling cooped up in small apartments, job losses, seniors who are isolated and lonely, ppl with other various mental and physical health conditions that are deteriorating, I don’t know how long this scenario can continue before we see a wave of another major health crisis heading our way. I have to wonder what the real big picture is now. I worry for a lot of ppl beyond the risk of catching the virus now.
